Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Milos MD's website and services. By using Milos MD, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of services

Milos MD is a technology platform that facilitates access to independent, licensed clinicians in the LocumTele network and to pharmacy services provided by Rush Pharmacy. Milos MD does not practice medicine or pharmacy. Clinical decisions are made solely by treating providers.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a state we serve.
• We do not currently serve California, South Carolina, or New Jersey.
• You must provide accurate, complete information during intake.

No guarantee of prescription

Completing an intake does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Providers may decline to prescribe if treatment is not clinically appropriate.

Fees

Fees are disclosed prior to checkout. Consultation fees may be non-refundable once a provider has begun review.

Prohibited use

• Do not use Milos MD to obtain medication for anyone other than yourself.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, location, or medical history.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the security or availability of the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Milos MD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Milos MD is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
