Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Prescription medications
Under federal and state law, dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned, resold, or refunded once they have left the pharmacy. This rule exists to protect patient safety and preserve the integrity of the pharmaceutical supply chain.
Consultation fees
Consultation fees cover the clinician's review of your intake. They are refundable if a provider has not yet begun review. Once a provider has started reviewing your case, consultation fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
Orders that have not shipped
If your prescription has been approved but has not yet been packaged for shipment, you may cancel and receive a refund of the medication portion. Contact us as quickly as possible so we can attempt to stop fulfillment.
Defective or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a dispensing error, do not use the product. Contact suport@milosmd.com within 7 days so Rush Pharmacy can investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
How to request a refund
Email suport@milosmd.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
